Terms and conditions of service

These terms govern the use of PubliScreen (publiscreen.online), a service to show prices, menus and promotions on your business screens. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who provides the service

2. The service

We give you a dashboard to upload your content (photos, videos, products, prices, exchange rate) and a player that shows it on your screens: Smart TV, Android stick or TV box, or computer. You provide the TV, the device and the internet connection.

We may improve or change features. If a change removes something important from your plan, we will tell you in advance.

3. Your account

You must be over 18 and give real information. You look after your password and what the employees you add do. Tell us if someone uses your account without permission.

4. Free trial, plans and payments

A new account starts with a free trial, no card needed. When it ends, you choose a plan to continue.

Prices are on the pricing page and in your dashboard. You pay in advance for the months you choose, by card, PayPal or manual payment. Manual payments are activated once the receipt is approved.

Plan changes are not prorated: the new plan applies from the next payment.

If you do not pay on time there are 5 days of grace with a discreet notice on the screen. After that the screens show "Service paused". Your content is kept for at least 30 days; then it may be deleted manually, after an email notice.

There is no minimum term: you can stop paying whenever you want. Unless the law says otherwise, months already paid are not refunded.

5. Your content

The content you upload is yours and you are responsible for it: you must hold the rights to the photos, videos, brands and texts, and the prices you show must comply with the laws of your country.

You give us permission to store it, process it (for example, resize images) and show it on your screens, only to provide the service.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal, misleading or offensive content, content that infringes third-party rights or advertises prohibited products, nor to try to harm, copy or overload the platform. If that happens, we may suspend the account.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service running, and the screen keeps showing your latest content even if the internet goes down. Still, there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control (providers, power or internet outages).

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. None of this limits your statutory rights as a consumer, if you are one.

8. Closing the account

You can ask to close your account and delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may close an account that breaches these terms, with notice except in serious cases.

9. Personal data

We process your data according to the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

10. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms we will tell you at least 15 days in advance; if you disagree, you can close your account. The law of Italia applies. Current version: 2026-11-05.
